Ali Dadkhah is a corporate and business lawyer with Infinity Law, advising clients across a wide range of public and private company matters — from start-ups and technology to franchising and complex business structures.

He leads Infinity Law’s Immigration team, handling Canadian business immigration including the BC Provincial Nominee Program (Entrepreneur), LMIA, Intra-Company Transfers, Start-up Visas, and USMCA applications, with a high success rate on consular and port-of-entry files.

Ali holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master’s in International Law and Economics from the University of Bern, Switzerland. He consults governments and the private sector on international trade law and has presented at the WTO, UNCTAD, and OECD.
